AJITH SUNNY ARCHITECTS is an architectural building design consultancy headed by Mr. AJITH K SUNNY. The firm was conceived in 2013 under his leadership. He did his B.arch (Architecture Degree) with high notes. He was awarded as the best outgoing student of the college and also his thesis Laurie Baker Center for Research and Development was shortlisted as one of the top 50 thesis works from India in 2010. After graduation the career was further developed through prestigious firms in Bangalore. During this time projects of various scales and types were handled, thus improving expertise in all segments of building design and execution. AJITH SUNNY ARCHITECTS aims at delivering design solutions for Buildings, Interiors, Landscapes, Planning etc. The firm has ventured into multifarious types of projects thereby creating a very dynamic portfolio under its belt.

The firm also stands for inspiring young architects to follow an ethical practise with the client placed premium in a project. PHILOSOPHY
Architectural design practise is an expression of one’s self on a three dimensional canvas. It encompasses all the human values like purity, Honesty, Simplicity, Romance, Integrity, Music, culture, Vision, Hope, Love etc. All frozen in space with timelessness. Like an individual any building or space needs to be nurtured and preserved for its best output and energy transfer. The concept of any design is a destiny of spaces evolved. Thus an open mind to decipher the destiny through a concept travels a simpler road for its formation. The effort should be an unconditional commitment and belief in the realisation of the concept. The fun lies in the path and not in the destiny. The inception, creation, formation and materialisation dwell on steady adherence to the concept.
